Apparently i look like i lost alot of weight
coming from my mother,
the obsessive dieter.

i panicked for a second.
we were gettting into swimsuits to tan,
i came out in a bra-band and a skirt.
she looks at me and goes "you've lost alot of weight."
not really.
"but youve lost alot around your waist and off your bum, turn around."
i turn.
"yea you have. you're a skinny minnie now."

subject change,
no further comment.


mom will be the first to notice,
she always comments on how she cant stuff me food anymore.
thank god.

at least she noticed,
that makes me feel a perverse sort of pleasure.
